About the role
RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator for a Med Tele unit.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care for telemetry and medical-surgical patients, oversee daily unit workflow, and support bedside nurses.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and administer medications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a culture of evidence-based practice.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and promote patient safety and satisfaction.
- Maintain a focus on quality outcomes through compassionate care and leadership.
