About the role
Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations of the PCU, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal patient care.
- Support bedside nurses by providing clinical guidance and resources.
- Promote safe, evidence-based practices for high-acuity patients.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Guide staffing, patient flow, and manage complex cases as a clinical resource.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in a high-acuity or progressive care setting.
- Knowledge of clinical best practices and patient safety protocols.
- Ability to coordinate team efforts and support clinical decision-making.
