Full-Time Clinical Nurse

About the role

Provides direct patient care in a 90-bed Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care.
• Educates patients and families on post-treatment management.
• Participates in safety and quality initiatives.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans.
• Evaluates physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients.
• Ensures clear communication across care teams.
• Adheres to standards of nursing care.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Nursing diploma or associate's degree; bachelor's degree preferred.
• No prior experience necessary; less than 2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills.
