Provides clinical supervision and performance management for patient care areas, organizing and directing healthcare staff including nurses and assistants. Assists in managing the patient care unit to foster a professional and supportive environment, aligning with organizational standards and values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school
• Current licensure
• Four years of clinical experience in a related area
• Skills in management, supervision, teaching, performance improvement, and basic computer proficiency
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must pass medication and math competency tests for safe medication administration
