About the role

The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction of the organization, overseeing all operational and financial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the organization.
• Oversee all operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage the financial health of the organization, including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in executive leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and management.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-profit or public sector organizations preferred.
