Responsibilities
- Ensure the mission of Victory Housing is prioritized over all decisions and actions.
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Community’s programs and activities to achieve optimal well-being for Residents and Staff.
- Share in responsibility for on-call status and weekend supervision (rotates).
- Work during emergencies, weather events, and community crises as an essential worker.
- Absorb and implement all sales, marketing, and public relations policies and procedures.
- Maintain all prospect information using the CRM, follow-up, move-in, and move-out activity.
- Host meetings for the community-at-large and civic projects.
- Nurture all prospects according to Victory Housing policies and expectations.
- Respond to initial calls within 2 hours and ensure quantifiable next steps.
- Conduct tours in accordance with the VHI sales cadence, including weekends and evenings.
- Oversee the volunteer program to build a strong community foothold.
- Financial and Administrative Responsibilities:
- Implement VHI systems and controls for effective financial performance and oversight.
- Adhere to the approved operating budget, utilize only approved vendors and order guides, and review monthly financial statements.
- Obtain authorization for all expenditures exceeding $1,000, reconcile monthly petty cash accounts, approve all check requests and credit card charges.
- Administer and maintain all VHI written policies and procedures, and annually review and update them as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with HIF and Home regulatory requirements as mandated by both the State and County.
- Financially qualify all residents annually per HUD Handbook.
- Maintain all financial files according to guidelines and complete State and County Annual Reports accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Health Care Administration, or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years successful management experience in the operations of an assisted living or nursing Community.
- Preferred experience in starting up a new community.
- Must be current on all vaccinations, including COVID-19, and receive CDC recommended booster doses.
