Grandview Terrace in Sun City West, AZ, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a Full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed therapists in providing occupational therapy services to residents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate resident records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new techniques.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- A current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- At least one year of recent full-time professional experience in occupational therapy.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
