Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapists in the delivery of occupational therapy services to residents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence and quality of life for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning.
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate resident records.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
