Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing patient-centered care
• Implement treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
