Full-Time Caregiver

About the role

The Springs at The Waterfront is a new 12‑story senior living community located at 1015 W Columbia Way, Vancouver, WA 98660, offering approximately 250 private residences for those 62 and older. The community provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care with high‑end amenities, secure underground parking, and a focus on compassionate quality care.

Job Type: Full‑time and Part‑time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with their daily routines, which can include helping them bathe, dress, or personal grooming.
• Assist with resident's laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away.
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support residents.
• Collaborate in the development and revision of Service Plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches.
• Answer pages and call lights.
• Light housekeeping as needed.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or Health Care Aide (HCA) certificate required.
• Love for Seniors!
• Able to pass background screening and drug test.

Pay

The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Caregiving position, with an hourly wage range of $18.50 - $22.00 depending on experience.
