Full-time Caregiver

Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. They promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; age 18+CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtainCompassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Key Duties Assist with ADLs and adhere to care plansSupport resident safety, independence, and dignityEngage residents in daily activities and conversationsSupport dining and maintain a clean environmentCommunicate effectively with families and care teamsCreate enriching experiences in Memory Care Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $18.92 - $23.65 per hour.
