In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is emphasized. Effective communication with families and care teams is essential. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma/GED; age 18+CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtainCompassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Additional duties include supporting dining services and maintaining a clean environment.
