Full-time Caregiver

Role Overview The Caregiver plays a vital role in providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships with residents to enhance their quality of life. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. They promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
