Full-time Caregiver

Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. They engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain). Candidates should demonstrate compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
