Event Details

• Date: July 22
• Time: 11:00 AM or 2:00 PM
• Location: The Flamingo
• Parking: Complimentary parking available for up to 3 hours with a valid Nevada ID.

Responsibilities

• Stock and clean the bar
• Perform related tasks to increase the efficiency and productivity of the bartending team
• Set up, restock ice bins, beverages, kegs, plasticware, etc.
• Clear and clean the bar top as needed
• Keep all beverage storage areas clean and organized at all times
• Absorb and communicate current menu items and descriptions
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, alcohol awareness training, and company policies
• Follow sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies in both public areas and back of house
• Follow all company issued steps of service, safety, and security procedures, and brand SOPs
• Report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in restaurant operations preferred

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills
• Demonstrated team player and self-starter
• Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner
• Able to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills

• Knowledge of local alcohol laws and regulations
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
