Full Time Baker

Cub Brooklyn Park North is seeking a dedicated full-time Baker to support the bakery department through wrapping, stocking, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and wrap bakery products
• Stock, rotate, and face bakery product
• Perform department clean-up
• Assist with department merchandising as directed
• Assist customers with questions or requests

Requirements

• Operate equipment including shrink wrap, label machine, bread slicer, knives, and bakery racks
• Able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service with ongoing customer interaction
• Exercise good judgment; may work without immediate supervision
• Follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
• Work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
• Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions
• Extended exposure to varied temperatures and wet surfaces

4:00 am - 1:00 pm
