Responsibilities

• Managing Back of House team members
• Assuring food quality and execution
• Managing and maintaining back kitchen cleanliness

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate
• Ability to manage others
• Previous restaurant experience
• Ability to speak and read English fluently
• Prior experience as a baker, cook, line cook, restaurant crew member, team member, kitchen crew, or BOH is very helpful to success at this job
• Dunkin' Donuts, coffee shop, or QSR experience is a plus
