Full-Time Automotive Technician

Role Overview: The Lead Auto Technician diagnoses and repairs vehicles efficiently, adhering to industry and company standards. They mentor team members, promote safety, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Diagnose vehicles based on certification/experience levels.Perform repairs and multi-point inspections accurately and efficiently.Explain diagnoses and repair needs to customers and team members.Recommend necessary services and document all findings.Follow safety procedures and report concerns.Adhere to company policies and core values. Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience or ASE certifications.Proficiency with computerized diagnostic equipment.Valid driver’s license required.Ability to work five days a week, including weekends. Physical & Working Conditions: The role involves exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures.
