About the Role
You will have the opportunity to help shape some of the most important early moments in a child’s life. In this role, you will support the Lead Teacher in creating a nurturing, engaging, and joyful classroom where toddlers feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. Each day, you will help bring learning to life through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions while building strong connections with children and their families.
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, support, and training to:
- Work alongside the Lead Teacher to support daily classroom routines and activities
- Create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for children and families
- Engage with toddlers through play, conversation, and hands-on learning experiences
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
