Full Time Assistant Teacher

This is a FULL-TIME POSITION with NO WEEKENDS!

Responsibilities

• Afford children with a healthy, safe, nurturing and responsive setting.

• Afford children with daily activities planned and implemented by the teacher.

• Afford children with opportunities to learn through the Creative Curriculum.

Requirements

• One Year of experience working with children.
• Acceptable background screening with the Family Care Safety Registry.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• CDA credential or associate degree in early childhood education.
• Experience working with children with physical and/or developmental disabilities.
• Training and experience using the Creative Curriculum.
• 10 to 12 College credit hours in Early Child Development or Pre-School learning.

Skills

• Ability to work with children with physical and/or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of the Creative Curriculum.
• Ability to maintain a positive and supportive environment for children.

Pay

$16.50/Hour

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (40 Hours Weekly).
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday: 1PM-4PM (40 Hours Weekly).
