Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in child development or related field or Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting, with a proven track record of innovative instruction
• Completion of state-required pre-service training and ongoing professional development
• Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Physical ability to actively engage with children, including lifting up to 50 lbs
