Responsibilities
- Aid the Chief Workshop Manager in assigning daily tasks to associates and directing their work.
- Support hiring and promotion decisions, offering feedback and recommendations.
- Lead and motivate your team during shifts, enforcing policies and standards.
- Identify and report potential violations to the Chief Workshop Manager or District Manager.
- Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions and assist in delivering corrective measures.
- Drive sales as the Floor Leader, coaching Bear Builders and fostering a Guest experience.
- Create and maintain merchandising displays that align with brand standards.
- Exercise common sense and independent judgment to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and conducting counts.
- Build and develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers an exceptional Guest experience.
Requirements
- Two years of store management experience in a customer-centric business, preferably in specialty retail.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role.
- High school diploma with basic understanding of store technology solutions.
- Associate’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.

Working Environment
- Ability to work a typical retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Indoor/outdoor mall, strip center, or other retail location work environments.
