Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

About the Role

Support clinical leadership in a post-acute and long-term care setting by overseeing daily nursing operations, mentoring and educating staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding quality metrics and best practices in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to promote compassionate, person-centered care
• Foster strong communication and drive continuous improvement to enhance resident independence
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
• Mentor and educate nursing staff
• Maintain quality metrics and implement best practices in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Clinical leadership experience in a post-acute or long-term care setting
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality resident care
