Full-Time Area Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development: Recruiting, coaching, and retaining property management and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and customer service.
• Property Operations: Managing daily operations, ensuring compliance, conducting inspections, and vendor management.
• Community Performance: Monitoring occupancy, collections, resident retention, and implementing operational strategies to meet financial goals.
• Leasing & Resident Experience: Supporting leasing efforts, resolving resident concerns, and utilizing property management systems for reporting and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multifamily property management experience, including 3 years in leadership roles.
• Experience managing communities with 500+ units.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident retention.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with property management software; AppFolio experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay

A competitive salary of $100,000–$150,000, performance bonuses, and benefits including insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and housing discounts.
