Full Stack Senior Software Engineer (Remote in CA)

For our client, we are seeking a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will help design and deliver secure, modern applications that support key business operations in a cloud environment. The engineer will contribute across the full stack, collaborate closely with other technical teams, and bring practical AI capabilities into production systems. The work will also involve strengthening existing applications, supporting code quality, and helping shape how emerging tools are applied responsibly. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $129,300 – $172,300 annually Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure applications in Azure. Build full-stack solutions using Python, React, and REST APIs. Enhance existing applications and participate in code reviews. Integrate AI capabilities such as LLMs and intelligent automation into applications. Implement and maintain AI orchestration pipelines with attention to performance and security. Apply software engineering best practices to production systems. Prototype emerging AI tools and leverage AI-assisted development. Qualifications 5+ years of software development experience with Python and Azure cloud-native applications. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Proficiency in modern web development using React and JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and software design patterns. Experience designing and consuming REST APIs. Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL. Strong communication skills with experience mentoring other engineers.
