Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web, mobile, and backend solutions
• Develop features from concept through production deployment
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision making
• Lead code reviews and champion engineering best practices

• Break down complex requirements into actionable development plans

Requirements

• Experience delivering production software across multiple technology stacks
• Full stack development expertise spanning web, APIs, databases, and mobile platforms
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automated testing practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients
• A pragmatic approach to balancing technical excellence with business value
