Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Experience as a Software Engineer supporting enterprise technology platforms in regulated environments. Proven expertise in Java with Spring-boot for micro-services. Proven experience of REST API design, Angular, SQL, and CI/CD. Experience helping with delivery activities such as dependency management, milestone planning, and release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Ability to help with planning and coordination activities, including scope definition, sequencing of work, dependency identification, and risk management.
• Strong execution and delivery management skills, tracking progress, managing issues, and supporting on-time delivery of commitments.
• An agile mindset and ability to support the needs of business partners
• Analytical skills to assess current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend solution improvements.
• Knowledge of modern technology concepts such as APIs, integrations, cloud-based platforms, and data flows, and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to align stakeholders, business partners, engineers, and wider delivery team.
• Ability to balance multiple initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining clarity and predictability.

Qualifications

• Enable ABRG project to move to a distributed, service-oriented design that is scalable.
• Help adopt automated, API driven integrations ensuring real-time, accurate data flow across systems
• Strengthen collaboration between ABRG, engineering, and business partners by providing clarity, structure, and continuity across initiatives.
• Support scalable, sustainable technology platforms that deliver measurable business value

Skills

• Proven expertise in Java with Spring-boot for micro-services
• Proven experience of REST API design, Angular, SQL, and CI/CD
• Nice to have: knowledge or interest in fundamentals of data warehousing and data modelling
• Nice to have: interest in data quality (in terms of troubleshooting issues)
• Nice to have: knowledge of Snowflake (for powering reporting dashboards)

• Location: Westlake, Texas

• Salary: $71 - 72 per hour
• Work hours: 8am to 5pm
