Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using various platforms like Claude, Azure OpenAI, and OpenAI.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to define problems, prototype solutions, and convert concepts into production capabilities.
- Build RAG solutions, prompt frameworks, AI workflows, and autonomous/agentic systems with human-in-the-loop controls.
- Develop full stack applications using technologies such as React, TypeScript, Python, C#, Java, Node.js, and .NET.
- Design REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures, integrating AI capabilities with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and Salesforce.
- Lead modernization initiatives, reduce technical debt, improve resiliency, and mentor other engineers across various architectural and delivery decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience developing enterprise-scale applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Skills
- Hands-on experience building and deploying applications with Java, Node.js, C#, Python, or comparable backend technologies.
- Experience developing modern front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in designing and consuming REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Proven experience developing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure and with CI/CD, source control, and Agile practices.
