About the role
We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project. The client is a company dedicated to improving health outcomes through innovative pharmacy services and healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, ranging from user experience to backend code. Your day-to-day activities will involve delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by leveraging new technologies with a cloud-first and agile mindset.
- Take ownership of specific system components and ensure their seamless integration within the overall architecture.
- Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Analyze complex challenges and propose effective, scalable solutions that align with project goals.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Contribute to improving development processes and quality standards to elevate team performance.
Requirements
The following skills are required:
- Expert proficiency in Angular UI
- Advanced proficiency in Java Full Stack Development
- Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot
Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) experience is also suggested.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. Industry experience is also necessary, as requested by the client.

Work Arrangements
This is a hybrid role, with work locations in Dallas or Chicago. The resource does not need to be local, but vaccination is mandatory. Travel may be required, with expenses covered by the project.
Interview Process
The interview process will be conducted via Webex, with 2 rounds of interviews expected.
Additional Information
This role has a target bill rate in USD and a contractor termination period of 15 days. The role is open to US citizens, green card holders, and H1B visa holders. The chances of extension depend on performance.
