Position Summary/Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer to help plan and execute major platform features and capabilities. This role involves breaking down large problems and defining acceptance criteria for work, requiring minimal oversight or direction.

Skills Overview

• 5 years relevant experience with a bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience
• 5 years of application development experience
• 3 years of full stack application development experience
• 5 years of experience with Ruby or another object-oriented programming language
• 2 years of experience with Github Actions
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure or Platform Operations
• Experience with AWS Administration
• Experience using AI tools such as Copilot for software development

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Dev Ops technologies
• Experience with AWS EKS and Argo CD
• Ability to coach and teach other junior engineers on the team
• Strong leadership and communication skills
