Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal performance and seamless user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, develop, test, and deploy web applications.
• Ensure a responsive design that works across various devices and browsers while implementing intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Build robust server-side logic and APIs using modern programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Node.js, or Java, and integrate them with databases and other third-party services.
• Design, implement, and optimize database schemas to store and retrieve data efficiently while ensuring data security and integrity.
• Use version control systems like Git to manage codebase changes, collaborate with team members, and maintain code quality.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable, reusable code.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring optimal application speed and scalability.
• Write and execute unit tests and conduct debugging to identify and fix errors, ensuring the overall reliability of the application.
• Participate in the deployment process, collaborating with DevOps teams to ensure smooth application release and monitoring.
• Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development and share knowledge within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful web application development projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and find innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies like Python, Ruby, Node.js, or Java, along with experience in working with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
• Meticulous attention to detail in coding, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
