About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated mid-level full stack developer to join the Enterprise Applications team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications across the full stack. You will also optimize and enhance existing software, collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement best practices in software engineering, debug and troubleshoot issues, and contribute to architectural discussions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications across the full stack.
- Optimize and enhance existing software for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
- Build, maintain, and integrate enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and third-party platforms via APIs and middleware.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established standards and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help drive continuous improvement of development processes.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across all layers of the stack.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong back-end development skills in one or more server-side languages (C#, Java, Python, or Node.js).
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing complex queries.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in software development preferred.
Skills
- Experience developing enterprise applications such as ERP systems, workflow automation, or internal portals.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of enterprise security practices including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
