Full Stack Developer

About The Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer I to join our expanding technology team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting business applications that streamline internal systems and enhance overall business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for solving complex business problems through software solutions, with proficiency across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical solutions, and contribute to our digital transformation initiatives. Qualifications

• An associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Between 2 to 5 years of software development experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of application development principles.
• Proficiency in developing applications using .NET, Java, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• A good understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining internal business applications to improve operational workflows.
• Developing both front-end user interfaces and back-end application logic, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
• Building and maintaining APIs and data integrations, facilitating efficient communication between various internal platforms.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Supporting and enhancing existing applications, identifying opportunities for modernization and optimization.
• Developing and fine-tuning SQL databases, stored procedures, and data pipelines to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Troubleshooting software issues, writing clean and maintainable code, participating in code reviews, and conducting software testing.
• Ensuring application security, reliability, and data protection.
• Providing technical support and user training for internal users.
• Assisting with software deployments, upgrades, and contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at digital transformation.
