Full Stack Developer / IT Programmer Analyst (Associate or Mid-level or Senior-level)

About the Role

Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) is seeking a Full Stack Developer / IT Programmer Analyst (Associate, Mid-level, or Senior-level) to be based in Aiken, SC, on the Savannah River Site (SRS). This role involves full-stack development, gathering and analyzing requirements for new web applications, maintaining existing applications, and providing application support to business department personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web-based applications using C#, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, APIs, and other web technologies.
• Prepare documentation for program development, code modifications, and operating instructions.
• Conduct program tests and resolve input/output problems.
• Assist in research, design, development, and modification of systems and applications software.
• Plan system and development deployment, ensuring compliance with software standards.
• Develop databases, tables, views, and stored procedures using normalization.
• Create flow charts and diagrams outlining process steps.
• Document testing and maintenance of system corrections.
• Design web-based, mobile, cloud, and security interfaces to meet user needs.
• Manage vendor relationships as needed.
• Contribute to short-range plans for applications, software selection, and systems development.
• Perform application testing and analyze system capabilities to resolve issues.
• Maintain up-to-date patches and upgrades for existing systems.
• Act as a technical contact for projects and communicate with other departments and external personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant IT experience, or
• High School Diploma/GED with relevant IT experience.

Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, SQL, and APIs.
• Experience with jQuery, MVC, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with web-based, mobile, cloud, and security interface development.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and manage technical objectives.

Pay

USD $56,100.00/Yr. - USD $153,200.00/Yr. Exceptions may apply based on education, experience, and organizational needs.
