Full Line Outside Sales Representative - Base plus uncapped commission!

About the role

Hood Distribution is seeking a Full Line Outsides Sales Representative for its Millersburg, OH location covering Cleveland and Northern, OH.

Responsibilities

• Servicing designated markets, generating sales of wood and wood products to wholesale and end-user commercial customers at planned profit margins by developing effective business relationships with customers.
• Meet customer needs by providing needed products and establishing high quality and customer responsiveness expectations.
• Cook up outside sales efforts with inside sales reps.
• Affirm that inside sales force is aware of service, customer, or quality issues that could affect business.
• Support existing and new customers in receiving credit approvals or resolving accounts receivables questions.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and marketing of products to businesses.
• Experience in wood products (panels, lumber, and moulding) wood finishes, stains and solid surfaces is a major plus.

Pay

Target Total Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 (Base range: $62,000 - $75,000 plus uncapped commission)
