Responsibilities
- Run full recruiting cycles—source, screen, close
- Build deep pipelines via sourcing, especially for specialized roles outside the usual tech recruiting playbook
- Partner with hiring managers on strategy and execution
- Create an exceptional candidate experience
- Collaborate to improve our recruiting operations
