About the role
This isn't a list-pulling, button-pushing role. You'll be in the room as we figure out who buys, what hooks, and how the motion works. You'll source the pipeline, run the demos, and close the deals.
Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting into commercial lending firms: commercial mortgage bankers & brokers, bridge/hard money, SBA, and DSCR lenders
- 80–100 dials a day
- Running discovery, demos, and full-cycle close on the deals you source
- Iterating on sequences, hooks, and personas alongside the founding team week by week
- Logging what works and shaping the playbook the next ten AEs will run
Requirements
- 0–3 years of sales experience, or a strong proxy. Built your own business, top-of-class internship grinder, ex-CRE background
- Hungry for reps and unafraid of a phone. You'd rather dial 80 times than send 80 emails
- Coachable: take feedback in the morning, run it in the afternoon
- Curious about commercial lending or financial services. Experience is a plus, curiosity is a necessity
- Extreme agency. You have a history of getting things done
Qualifications
- Up to speed on product and buyer by 30 days
- Fully ramped on closing by 60 days
- Crushing quota by 90 days
