Pay
Atlassian strives to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. Base pay is set within the range for each geographic pay zone, accounting for skills, knowledge, and experience. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
For this role in the Americas, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
- Zone A: $80,550 - $105,163
- Zone B: $72,495 - $94,646
- Zone C: $66,857 - $87,285
