About the role
Gainwell is the leading provider of technology solutions that are vital to the administration of operations of health and human services programs. As a Fulfilment/Mailroom Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day operations of the Medicaid Program. This role involves ensuring the timely, accurate, and secure processing, distribution, and tracking of incoming/outgoing mail packages, letters, and fulfilment materials. This role supervises staff, monitors productivity and service level, maintains compliance with organizational policies, and drives continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, train, and evaluate mailroom and fulfilment staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
- Interface with team members, management, customers, and vendors in fulfilment activities.
- Maintain inventory of fulfilment supplies, equipment, and shipping materials.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Monitor quality control measures and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Address operational issues, escalations, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in mailroom, fulfilment, logistics, or operations.
- 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience managing production environments with established performance metrics and SLAs.
- Strong knowledge of mail processing, shipping procedures, and package tracking systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced services.
Schedule
This is an on-site/office environment at West Sacramento, CA. Work hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $59,400.00 – $84,900.00 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
