Fulfillment Leader - Graniteville

Responsibilities

• Oversight of schedule and material alignment including presentation, throughput, and fulfillment of orders.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity metrics of assigned assembly lines or warehouse facility, including reporting metrics to leadership at multiple levels.
• Organizing day-to-day operations within assigned work area and delegating fulfillment activities to meet production schedules in the most efficient and effective manner.
• Evaluating continuous improvement opportunities by identifying root causes and developing corrective action plans, focusing on safety, quality, and waste elimination.
• Reviewing replenishment processes to increase productivity and investigating new methods of enhancing product lines.
• Improving material flow, reducing errors, and improving overall cost by auditing workplace layouts, fulfillment methods, and handling efficiencies.
• Recommend short-term and long-term resource requirements, capital equipment, and facilities expenditures.
• Supporting EHS safe work methods, ergonomic actions, and other EHS initiatives to support safety processes.
• Facilitating the creation of work instructions for associates and maintaining standardized work on the manufacturing execution system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 0-2 years of experience required or in lieu of a degree, 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills.
