Fulfillment Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and ship outgoing packages via FedEx, UPS, and other carriers according to schedule.
  • Receive incoming deliveries; inspect for accuracy and quality and reconcile against packing slips and POs.
  • Log incoming and outgoing shipments and notify relevant stakeholders of delivery status.
  • Maintain a clean and organized receiving/shipping area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Help troubleshoot shipping issues or delays and escalate as needed.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
  • Replenish inventory in fulfillment zones based on usage and min/max thresholds.
  • Help monitor usage patterns and flag low stock or anomalies.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts and daily cycle counts and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain cleanliness, accuracy, and organization across fulfillment zones and storage areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving role.
  • Familiarity with common shipping systems (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and pride in getting the little things right.
  • Able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Working knowledge and prior use of basic software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
