Fulfillment Center Manager
About the role
QVC Group, Inc. is a Fortune 500 company with six leading retail brands - QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill® and Grandin Road. We have openings for both Fulfillment Center Area Managers (Nights) and Fulfillment Center Learning Manager. Both positions are onsite and will require you to work from our Bethlehem, PA fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
Responsibilities
Develop and administer operational procedures for perfectly completing activities for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping the highest standards of inventory accuracy.
Network and consult with corporate / site resources and facilities staff to ensure low-cost efficiencies and high service levels are maintained.
Model QVC Group Values and operating principles to build a positive, motivating, engaged Culture, treating all employees fairly, ethically, and respectfully.
Review existing operations to determine what improvements the department can make to allow for cost reduction, increased speed, and improved customer service.
Oversee daily operations for assigned area, partnering with other departments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of demonstrated Leadership/Supervisory experience in a high volume distribution center or warehouse environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years in learning and development facilitation and design.
Strong project management, continuous improvement, and metrics-driven mindset.
Skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
