About The Position The Fulfillment Department is an integral part of the Operations organization, receiving incoming deliveries of material and devices and fulfilling, tracking, and coordinating customer orders and returns through the fulfillment process. This position will assist with order fulfillment, processing returns, and maintaining accurate inventory. They will also be required to keep the department clean, well-organized, and safe, as well as help with other projects as needed depending on order volume. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player with the proven ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced work environment. Essential Functions – Responsibilities Pick and package products for shipments according to requirements and update inventory systemsProcess ordersAssist with periodic physical counts and investigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesEnsure proper asset tagging and inventory reportingAssist in performing inventory receiving tasksAssist in ordering fulfillment supplies, packaging, and other related materialsWork cooperatively with members of the Fulfillment Team and other Linxup Teams to expedite resolution of customer returns, exchanges, and product shipping escalationsDocument issues and their resolutions identified to improve fulfillment processesMaintain an organized work area and a safe and clean work environment by assisting in removing trash, breaking down boxes, and organizing product Create, update, and improve standard operating proceduresConsistently meet or exceed individual and team performance objectives Maintain current knowledge of products, offers, policies, and effectively apply knowledgePerform other duties as assigned Qualifications Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory experience requiredExperience with NetSuite software preferredStrong PC skills and proficient with Google and Microsoft Office Suite requiredAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment Exceptional attention to detail requiredOrganizational and time management skills requiredExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsSelf-starter and good analytic skills for improving process tasks and efficiencyAbility to learn quickly and work independentlyMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to stand and walk up to 75% of the timeCustomer and team focused attitude WORK ENVIRONMENT The hours of this position are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM until 4:30 PMTraining on fulfillment processes and systemsThis is not a remote position Compensation And Benefits We value hard work and on-the-job-excellence and offer competitive compensation and benefits packages: Position offers a Base SalaryMedical, Dental, Vision, Life and 401(k) benefits are offeredPaid Time Off (PTO) Apply now See more open positions at Linxup
