Fuel Dispatcher
About the role
This is an in-office opportunity for a Fuel Dispatcher at Starfleet. Starfleet is a leading fuel, lubricant, and chemical distributor serving agricultural, commercial, marine, and other industrial markets across Florida.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain communication with drivers, customers, and team members.
- Use GPS tracking systems (Samsara) for logistics management.
- Handle customer concerns and delivery issues professionally.
Requirements
- Experience in dispatching is helpful but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong English skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask effectively.
