Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and personally
  • Prepare and assemble welcome amenities
  • Escort VIPs to their rooms and assist with check-in
  • Answer the telephone within three rings and handle calls professionally
  • Count and manage the bank at the start and end of each shift
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed and report any discrepancies
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized
  • Assist with lobby activation as needed
  • Handle guest Personal Property Protection Information (PPI) data according to proper procedures
  • Follow check-in and check-out checklists with guests
  • Retrieve necessary identification documents and forms of payment upon guest arrival
  • Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Front Desk Operations
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to exceed guest and team member expectations
