FT Floor Tech -Stevens Point (Swing Shift)

About the role

CleanPower is looking for a Floor Tech/Cleaner in the Stevens Point, WI area. This is a swing shift mostly in the summer; the rest of the year the role works primarily 2nd shift.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 4:30 pm – 2:00 am
• 8:00 am – 4:00 pm when needed

Pay

Hourly rate: $18.00/hour

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check required
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to read, understand, and follow all manufacturer labels and directions for chemicals/products used by the Specialty Services Department
• Heavy lifting required; assistance from other employees is available for safe handling of furniture and other items
• Complete all paperwork for job orders and work orders daily
• Report any safety concerns to lead person or manager immediately
• Perform other duties as assigned within the Specialty Services Division

Responsibilities

• Strip and refinish hard surface floors using low‑speed swing machine, wet vacuum, and related equipment/supplies
• Scrub and refinish hard surface floors using low‑speed swing machine, wet vacuum, and related equipment/supplies
• Scrub concrete floors using low‑speed swing machine, autoscrubber, rider sweeper‑scrubber, and related equipment/supplies
• Scrub ceramic, marble, terrazzo, and other specialized flooring using low‑speed swing machine, wet vacuum, and related equipment/supplies
• Carpet extraction using self‑contained carpet extractors, minispotters, and related carpet‑care equipment/supplies
• Dry‑foam carpeting using a Taski Ergo disk dry‑foam machine
• Bonnet clean using low‑speed swing machine, bonnets, and related equipment/supplies
• CFR carpet and upholstered furniture cleaning using CFR wet‑extraction equipment and CFR supplies
