About the role

Supervises, plans, organizes, and coordinates the daily operations of Business Licensing within the Building Services Division. Oversees the processing, issuance, renewal, suspension, revocation, and administration of business licenses while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and policies. Administers the City's Good Landlord Program and business license appeals process; provides leadership
