Responsibilities

• Start time is 5:30am. Prepare Guests breakfast buffet timely and within Hotel standards.
• Maintain complete knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and features and services provided by the hotel.
• Aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests.
• Aware of guests’ needs; assist in providing a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on all breakfast options available per brand standards.

Qualifications

• Job Summary: Requires friendly guest interaction/assistance during buffet hours.
• Start time is 5:30am.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week including some weekends/holidays.
• Highly organized

Shift Details

• The shift starts 5:30 am.
• We want the friendliest candidate in this position.
• You will be prepping the food, cleaning, restocking, and greeting guests during your shift.
• When breakfast is over buffet/lobby area is to be cleaned and garbage emptied.
