Position: FSET Case Manager
Location: 2425 New Pinery Rd, Portage, WI 53901

- Provide strengths-based coaching and support that empowers individuals to succeed
- Assess participant needs and develop personalized employment plans
- Connect clients with job training, education, volunteer opportunities, and community resources
- Facilitate engaging job readiness workshops and employment search activities
- Maintain progress, celebrate milestones, and help participants stay motivated

- Adequate Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, two or more years of experience in case management, workforce development, social services, employment services, or a related field, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, ability to build rapport with diverse populations, a positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to participant success
