Position: FSET Case Manager

• Assess participant needs and develop personalized employment plans
• Connect clients with job training, education, volunteer opportunities, and community resources
• Facilitate engaging job readiness workshops and employment search activities
• Maintain progress, celebrate milestones, and help participants stay motivated

• Adequate Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, two or more years of experience in case management, workforce development, social services, employment services, or a related field, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, ability to build rapport with diverse populations, a positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to participant success
