Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure adherence to high food quality standards to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Maintain quality and production standards on all menu items.
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as deep-fat fryers.
- Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
- Responsible for portion control and serving temperatures of all fried food served in the concession stand.
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Qualifications
- Show ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests.
- Previous experience as a prep cook or line cook is highly desired.
- Prior experience using a fryer is a plus.
- Work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Possess valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations.
